These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wittmer Web Design, LLC website and any services provided by Wittmer Web Design, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.
Wittmer Web Design offers:
Custom website design and development
Website hosting and maintenance plans
Local SEO and organic search optimization
Google Ads and PPC campaign management
Digital marketing consulting
Content creation
Landing page development
Ongoing support and technical assistance
Each service engagement is governed by a separate Marketing Services Agreement (MSA) and Scope of Work (SOW). No services are provided unless outlined in a signed SOW.
You may use our website for informational purposes and to request services. You agree not to:
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
Misuse any contact forms or communication features
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Use our website for fraudulent purposes
Payments, subscription fees, billing dates, and cancellation terms are defined in each client’s specific SOW and MSA.
Past-due invoices may result in paused services until payment is made.
Hosting and maintenance plans renew automatically unless canceled according to your agreement terms.
All website designs, graphics, code, written content, strategies, and digital assets produced by Wittmer Web Design remain our intellectual property until paid in full.
Marketing strategies, SEO processes, layout templates, and internal tools may not be copied, shared, or re-sold without permission.
Clients retain ownership of:
Their website content
Business information
Uploaded images (unless licensed assets are used)
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and timely feedback
Grant necessary access to hosting, domain, Google accounts, and website logins
Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Keep payment information up to date
Refrain from infringing on intellectual property rights
We are not responsible for:
Losses caused by downtime, hosting issues, or third-party platforms
Advertising performance fluctuations (Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
Data loss due to client-side changes, deletions, or failure to back up
Issues caused by plugins, themes, hosting providers, CRMs, or external tools
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the past 12 months.
We frequently integrate with platforms such as:
WordPress
Elementor
Google Analytics & Google Ads
Search Console
Google Business Profile
Tag Manager
Hosting platforms (Shock Hosting, Cloudways, etc.)
We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or failures caused directly by third-party providers.
Cancellation policies are outlined in your SOW or maintenance plan.
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms of the governing agreement.
Upon cancellation:
Access to hosted services may be revoked
Outstanding balances must be paid
Files may be transferred upon request

Billing notifications and renewal notices
